Desde su santo templo el Se\u00f1or, el Se\u00f1or omnipotente, ser\u00e1 testigo en contra de ustedes\u201d. <\/p><cite>MIQUEAS 1:2<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BIOGRAF\u00cdA DEL AUTOR.-<\/strong> El nombre de Miqueas significa: \u201c\u00bfQui\u00e9n como Jehov\u00e1?\u201d Era de la ciudad de Moreset, poblaci\u00f3n situada a unos 40 Km. al sudoeste de Jerusal\u00e9n. Fue contempor\u00e1neo de los profetas Isa\u00edas y Oseas. Miqueas estaba tan involucrado en su ministerio, que a\u00fan estaba dispuesto a salir desnudo predicando el mensaje divino, con tal de atraer la atenci\u00f3n de los habitantes de Samaria y Jerusal\u00e9n (Ver. 8). Miqueas fue contempor\u00e1neo de Isa\u00edas y sus mensajes fueron para el pueblo de Jud\u00e1, pero tambi\u00e9n se dirigi\u00f3 a Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONTEXTO HIST\u00d3RICO DEL LIBRO DE MIQU\u00c9AS.-<\/strong> Miqueas profetiz\u00f3 durante los reinados de Jotam, Acaz y Ezequ\u00edas, por lo tanto, su ministerio de extiende del a\u00f1o 740\u2013696 a. C. El rey Acaz llev\u00f3 a la idolatr\u00eda a Jerusal\u00e9n, porque coloc\u00f3 \u00eddolos paganos en el templo que se hab\u00eda construido para adorar a Dios. Por lo tanto, Jud\u00e1 estaba por sufrir las consecuencias de sus actos idol\u00e1tricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TEMA.- <\/strong>El tema principal de libro, es predecir la ca\u00edda tanto del reino del norte de Israel como la de Jud\u00e1. Miqueas les advierte que la declinaci\u00f3n espiritual, conducir\u00e1 inevitablemente al juicio de todo el pa\u00eds. Y, aunque el rey Ezequ\u00edas hab\u00eda ganado una notable victoria sobre Senaquerib, Jud\u00e1 e Israel, ser\u00edan condenadas al exilio, a menos que sus habitantes se volvieran a Dios, arrepinti\u00e9ndose de todo coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">CITA SELECTA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cEl profeta Miqueas, quien dio su testimonio durante aquellos tiempos angustiosos, declar\u00f3 que los pecadores de Si\u00f3n blasfemaban al aseverar que se apoyaban \u201cen Jehov\u00e1,\u201d y que, mientras edificaban \u201ca Si\u00f3n con sangre, y a Jerusal\u00e9n con injusticia,\u201d se jactaban as\u00ed: \u201c\u00bfNo est\u00e1 Jehov\u00e1 entre nosotros? No vendr\u00e1 mal sobre nosotros.\u201d Miqueas 3:10, 11. Contra estos males alz\u00f3 la voz el profeta Isa\u00edas en estas severas reprensiones: \u201cPr\u00edncipes de Sodoma, o\u00edd la palabra de Jehov\u00e1; escuchad la ley de nuestro Dios, pueblo de Gomorra. \u00bfPara qu\u00e9 a m\u00ed, dice Jehov\u00e1, la multitud de vuestros sacrificios? (Profetas y Reyes 238).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">ORACI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DIOS TODOPODEROSO. GRACIAS POR HEMOS COMENZADO A LEER EL LIBRO DE MIQUEAS. TE SUPLICAMOS QUE LOS MENSAJES DE ESTE PROFETA, NOS AYUDEN A COMPRENDER LO QUE REPRUEBAS, Y QUE PODAMOS CONOCER MEJOR AL SALVADOR DEL MUNDO.
