David quiso tomar represalia contra Joab por haber asesinado a Absal\u00f3n, y opt\u00f3 por querer reemplazarlo y le ofreci\u00f3 a Baas\u00e1 quien se hab\u00eda unido a Absal\u00f3n en la revuelta, que sea el comandante de su ej\u00e9rcito. Por segunda vez, as\u00ed como Joab mat\u00f3 a traici\u00f3n a Abner, tambi\u00e9n asesin\u00f3 a Baas\u00e1, aparentando pretender darle un abrazo y besarlo, mientras que con la otra mano le inserta la daga en el vientre y lo asesina. En otro relato, Seb\u00e1 hijo de Bicr\u00ed se atribuy\u00f3 el liderazgo y orden\u00f3 que no reconozcan a David como rey de Israel, de esta manera se organiz\u00f3 la segunda revuelta.<\/p>

Sab\u00e1 recorri\u00f3 todo Israel para conseguir adeptos y concentraron sus fuerzas en la ciudad de Abel-bet-maaca. Joab y su ej\u00e9rcito sitiaron la ciudad para destruirla, pero una mujer sabia evit\u00f3 la destrucci\u00f3n de la ciudad, convenci\u00f3 a los ancianos de la ciudad para entregar la cabeza de Seb\u00e1 y as\u00ed librar del aniquilamiento de sus habitantes, cuando Joab vio muerto a Seb\u00e1, toc\u00f3 la trompeta y el ej\u00e9rcito se retir\u00f3.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
